Policies

Booking the Studio:

      • To book the studio, clients must be at least 18 years of age or obtain parental consent.
      • Bookings can be made via email or through our online booking system.
      • To secure the studio reservation, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.
      • The client bears the responsibility of providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including details such as backdrop color and required gear.
      • The availability of the studio is subject to change, and each booking requires a minimum duration of one hour.
      • To extend your studio time, please make sure to request an extension prior to the end of your session. However, please note that granting an extension is subject to availability and may be denied if there are scheduling conflicts.
      • Your booking includes one paper backdrop. If you require additional paper backdrops, they can be purchased for $10 each.

Rescheduling:

      • Requests to reschedule a booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to studio availability.
      • If the requested rescheduled date is not available, the client may choose an alternative date or time, depending on availability.
      • Failure to provide sufficient notice for rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Cancellations/Refunds:

      • Cancellations must be requested by the client via email.
      • If a booking is canceled 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled session, a refund may be issued, excluding the 50% booking fee (50% of the overall price).
      • Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
      • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or illness, the studio may offer a rescheduled date or a partial refund.
      • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session, unless due to extraordinary circumstances.
      • If a client fails to show up for their scheduled session, the client forfeits their booking and will not be provided with a refund. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the studio.

Studio Policies:

      • The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior or failure to comply with studio policies.
      • The client is responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests while on the studio premises.
      • Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the studio’s property or equipment during their session.
      • The studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Usage and Copyright:

      • Clients retain the copyright and ownership of their photographs, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
      • The studio may use select photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
      • Clients are not permitted to use the studio’s photographs for commercial purposes without obtaining written consent.

Liability:

      • The studio takes reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and secure environment but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during a client’s session.
      • Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests, including adherence to all safety instructions provided by the studio.

Parking: 

      • There is parking available at the studio, and it is free of charge. The parking area is located directly outside of the studio premises.

By booking a session with our photography studio, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions.
